When our partner has an upcoming surgery, it may bring pain and suffering not only to you but to your entire family. The fact is, you won’t know if the surgery will have a positive or negative impact on your husband’s health. Despite modern medicine and technology advances, we can never guarantee that everything will go smoothly. That is why putting our faith in God to ensure that everything will work out is one thing we should do to support our husband. We should also pray to our Father about it.

Prayer For Complete Healing After Surgery

We all hope that no further procedures will be necessary after our husband’s surgery. As we all know, more surgery can lead to more problems. As our husband’s spouse, we pray to God that our husband will be completely healed so that he can return to his usual self. We pray that he’ll be strong enough to do all the daily tasks he needs to do and be there for you and your children.

Know that your husband will be healed, based on [Exodus 15:26], for God is “the Lord who heals us.” In addition, [That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. Father, as my husband came out completely healed from his surgery. I pray that once he is able, he will be able to fulfill his role as a husband and a father again. Give him the strength to handle any daily task without any problems. May You receive all the glory for his healing. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.”

How Do I Strengthen My Husband For His Surgery?

God knows that your husband is precious to you. Our Father’s unconditional love will fill our hearts each day so that you can show your husband Christ’s love for him. Remind your husband that God will be there with him when you can’t be, and while you’re apart as he undergoes his surgery, God will be there.

Always remind your husband that he is in God’s safe and caring hands, so he needs not fear anything nor worry about the surgery. God is in control of everything, and God’s plan is never to harm him but to bring him prosperity.
