Although doctors and medicine can help, there is no greater power than the power of God to heal. Through Jesus’ finished work, we can now claim our healing. Prayer for physical healing

Jesus endured the flogging and the crucifixion so that we could be healed (Is. 53:5). By believing in Him, we can expect miracles to come our way, including physical healing. If your husband is suffering from illness, declare healing over him through this prayer:

Abba Father, You are Jehovah-Rapha. I believe in Your power to heal. Right now, I declare physical healing for my husband, in Jesus’ Name! I renounce every disease and pain in his body. I speak life into every dead cell, tissue, and organ. I declare strength, restoration, and recovery. Thank You for Your faithfulness, Father. Amen.

Prayer against terminal disease

Is your husband facing a terminal disease? Don’t lose hope. Although you may have received some truly terrible news, believe that a miracle for your husband is coming. Will my prayers heal my husband?

As we pray and believe in Jesus’ finished work on the Cross, we can expect healing to come to our families and ourselves. The Lord never fails those who trust Him (Ps. 9:10). God hears and answers the prayers of the sick (2 Kings 20:5) 

Hezekiah, the ruler of Judah, got sick to the point of death. Instead of accepting his fate, he wept bitterly to the Lord. He reminded Him how he had walked faithfully and wholeheartedly for so long. Through his prayer, the Lord heard and answered him. He healed Hezekiah from his sickness, and God added fifteen more years to his life (2 Kings 20:1-6).

As people who have already accepted Jesus, we must remember that through His stripes, we are healed. After you have prayed, expect God to heal your husband and add more years to his life.

In Matthew 9:20-22, a woman who had been bleeding for twelve years touched the hem of Jesus’ garment. She truly believed that she would be healed. Because of her faith, she received the healing she was waiting for. As you pray and believe in God, you are also touching the hem of Jesus’ garment. Thus, your husband can indeed receive his healing. 

A prayer offered in faith can heal a sick person (James 5:14-16)

The Bible tells us to pray for the sick or let the church’s elders pray over us and anoint us with oil in the Name of the Lord (James 5:14-16).
